Rwanda is the country with the greatest population density in Africa. At the same time, it is one of the poorest countries in the world. For more than three decades, Germany has supported the the development of the country through the German Agency for International Cooperation (giz).
Vocational education and training for the predominantly young population is an important issue here - and bfz's know-how is in demand here too. bfz's experiences from its work at the training-career intersection, i.e. the connection between theory and practice, were adapted to the local conditions by an experienced bfz employee and imparted on-site.
