From 2010 until 2013, bfz worked on the improvement of vocational education and training in the target countries Benin, Côte d’Ivoire and Morocco, as part of the RIFA project. bfz's many years of experience and contacts in Latin America were incorporated into this project. Best practices and valuable lessons learnt made an important contribution to the success of the project in the target countries of West Africa.
Various German and African chambers were working together as partners in the project. bfz was responsible for the development of the analytical and comparative studies of the vocational education and training systems in the individual countries, for the development of the project website and for contact to the Latin American partner organisations.
The project was funded by the European Union.
